We feel strong

Hannah arrived at 6p without her bag, but luckily we found it on the porch this morning. She will now have the necessary equipment to look as beautiful as ever this morning as we send Mike off to surgery. Our mission president, President Corey gave Mike a beautiful blessing last night. Both Mike and I slept well. Mike was up at 5a doing yoga on the Wii fit. I think this is his 170th consecutive day of exercising with the Wii. He went to the office to clean off his desk and will return by 9:00.

We feel strong and full of faith as we begin this day. We will update you as soon as we get some word. Thanks again for your faith and prayers.

"And he shall go forth suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind; and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the pains and the sicknesses of his people ...and he will take upom him their infirmities, that his bowels may be filled with mercy, according to the flesh, that he may know according to the flesh how to succor his people according to their infirmities." Alma 7:11-12

  1. Mike and Family,
May God bless your adventure. You are approaching this adventure as you do many others- with courage, with a positive attitude, and with a faith in the greater good.
May God bless the minds and hands of the medical experts entrusted with your care.
May the love and compassion you have for your family and community be returned 10 fold, friend.
    In Christ's name.
