We are 48 hrs. out from Mike's chemo treatment. So far things are going well. Mike is experiencing extreme fatigue, but other than that (as if that is not enough) there haven't seemed to be side effects. His headaches have not subsided, but he has good pain medicine.
We, again, have had an amazing outpouring of support. How can we possibly thank each of you enough for all that you have done for us. I am having help each night and that is really helping me get through each day. There are truly lots of angels here on earth!

Where there is faith there is hope! All that you are experiencing and enduring must have a reason, we just don't know what that reason is at the moment. Prayers go out daily for team Ellis! I know how hard this journey is, but I do believe our pain on earth makes us more like Jesus Christ and the pain he suffered for all of us.

It's the "Sister Unit" checking in on her bro!!! I am back to work today and reading the medical blogs to get updated. It's great to hear that you were able to sleep during the infusion...now, if those new meds will just kick in and get rid of the bad stuff!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear that the headaches and fatigue are present. We are praying that you can feel better soon and be able to enjoy improved health. God hears and answers prayers...this I know for sure.
All our love & prayers,
Jan and Wes
PS The house building project is moving along well. Jerry has the walls framed and was working on the ceiling structure yesterday. We will be heading north this weekend to check things out!
Love, hugs and prayers.....
